Detailed Entry & Exit Reports

Before a Tenant moves in and on exiting, we complete an inspection of the premises and prepares a detailed report. Photos of the property are available options at both the start and end of the tenancy.

Programmed Inspections

We can take care of your properties’ maintenance and repairs by bring your attention to any immediate maintenance needs and to inform you of any preventative maintenance or refurbishment that may be beneficial. Owners can then forecast and budget according for any upgrading work suggested in the reports.

• We provide a detailed tenancy application form for prospective tenants to complete
• We complete a full reference check, contacting all referees; personal, employment and past landlords
• We perform a credit check on the preferred prospective tenant
• We require the accepted tenant to complete and sign their section of a tenancy agreement
• We collect initial bond and rent from the tenant
• We sign the tenancy agreement on your behalf
• We process the bond monies and lodge with the Department of Building and Housing
