  • We complete a full reference check, contacting all referees; personal, employment and past landlords

  • We require the accepted tenant to complete and sign their section of a tenancy agreement
  • We collect initial bond and rent from the tenant
  • We sign the tenancy agreement on your behalf
  • We process the bond monies and lodge with the Department of Building and Housing
